Red Barn Learning Academy is a full-day, nature-based preschool serving children ages 3 through Pre-K in a warm, nurturing, and hands-on learning environment.

Enrollment Model

Children attend Red Barn Learning Academy Monday through Friday in a full-day preschool environment designed to support learning, creativity, exploration, and connection.

Each day includes:

  • Play-based learning and early literacy experiences

  • Small-group activities and hands-on exploration

  • Outdoor play and nature-based learning

  • Sensory activities, art, STEM, and creative projects

  • Social-emotional learning and life skills

  • Rest time and quiet activities

  • Extended care hours for working families

 

Our program is designed for children ages 3 through Pre-K who are fully potty trained.

We intentionally keep our group sizes small to ensure every child feels known, supported, encouraged, and connected within our learning community.

Tuition & Accessibility

Red Barn Learning Academy is a private, full-day preschool program designed to provide children with a warm, hands-on, and enriching early childhood experience.

Monday–Friday | Extended Care Hours Available

💲 Tuition: Approximately $700 per month

​

Tuition includes:

  • Full-day preschool programming

  • Early literacy and kindergarten readiness activities

  • Hands-on learning experiences

  • Outdoor exploration and nature-based learning

  • Art, sensory play, STEM, and enrichment activities

  • Materials and classroom supplies

  • Small-group learning and individualized support

At Red Barn Learning Academy, we understand that many of our families are entrepreneurs, small business owners, or work in agriculture — which means your schedules don’t always follow a traditional Monday–Friday routine.

Our program is designed to provide consistent, high-quality educational support in a way that works for real life.

Students may attend full-time or part-time based on your family's needs.

Full-Time Enrollment

5 Days per Week
$700/month
(Approx. $35/day)

Full-time enrollment offers the best value and allows students to fully engage in our hands-on, project-based learning environment including:

  • Guided academic learning support

  • Gardening & greenhouse work

  • Animal care & responsibility

  • Life-skills development

  • Creative & collaborative projects

  • Outdoor and nature-based enrichment

 

Part-Time Enrollment

We also offer flexible part-time options for families who need a more customized schedule.

$475/month

2 Days per Week
$325/month

​

Part-time students receive the same enrichment opportunities and learning support as full-time students while attending on a modified weekly schedule.

 

🗓️ Flexible Scheduling

While many programs require set attendance days, Red Barn recognizes that flexibility is often essential for working families — especially those who operate small businesses, work rotating schedules, or experience seasonal demands.

Part-time families may select:

✔️ Consistent weekly attendance days
or
✔️ A flexible schedule that may vary week-to-week

Flexible scheduling allows families to submit their preferred attendance days in advance each week, helping us maintain safe staffing ratios while supporting your individual needs.

We kindly ask that all flexible scheduling requests be finalized by the Thursday prior to the upcoming week.

 

This approach allows us to:

  • Maintain a consistent learning environment

  • Ensure appropriate supervision ratios

  • Prepare materials and learning experiences

  • And provide the flexibility families need to make it all work
